Popped will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.

Popped is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.

As we use high quality chocolate on our popcorn, please remember that during summer, the chocolate might melt during transportation. We are not responsible for any packages left outside by the carrier.

We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. If your gift is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, because of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents of the gift and you will not be refunded.

If you wish for us to reship a fresh gift, you will be charged 50% of the gift cost plus the full cost of Shipping/Handling. Refunds for damaged goods can only be credited to the originating credit card.

We will consider taking the product back, subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from our place for both the returned product and the new replacement product. All returns must have prior authorization from us, and be shipped back to us within 7 working days of receipt of the items. Products must be returned in the same or equivalent packaging (ie. cold and insulated) as originally dispatched by us. Once the item is received by us, we will dispatch the replacement product.

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product if your shipment is damaged. Unfortunately after this period or if the product was not stored as directed on the datasheet, we are unable to honor a warranty claim. If we determines that there was a defect in the product sold to you, we will replace the product free of charge, or provide a full refund of the invoice price of the product.
