Since our delicious gourmet popcorn is perishable, all food sales are final. We want to ensure you always receive the freshest possible product!

We offer flat rate shipping based on your recipient's location. We typically ship same or next day (excluding weekends) through UPS from Las Vegas, Nevada. This means your order for our delicious treats will usually be on its way quickly if placed on a weekday! You'll receive your confirmation with tracking details once shipped, so you can keep an eye on your gourmet popcorn's journey.

Popped will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. We stand by the quality of our Las Vegas food sales!

Popped is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable because of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for a recipient's inability to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. Please double-check those addresses to ensure a smooth delivery of your gourmet popcorn!

We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third-party carrier (UPS or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. If your gift is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, due to its perishability, we must dispose of the contents of the gift and you will not be refunded. You may be charged additional shipping costs. These return policy guidelines are in place to help us maintain the quality of our perishable goods.

If you wish for us to reship a fresh gift, you will be charged 50% of the gift cost plus the full cost of Shipping/Handling. Refunds for damaged goods can only be credited to the originating credit card.

POPPED is not responsible for finding lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages. Once your item has been shipped, it is out of our control – please contact UPS for any additional information. We always ship during weekdays to ensure the quickest delivery possible.

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally.
